Each order line item can be processed individually

• Shipped
• Back Ordered
• Cancelled

Each time you change the status of a line item, the over all order status is checked. If the order status changes, it may trigger a notification email.

Line Item Details or Specifications

• A line item may contain specific information such as a specifications, personalisation or customisation details.
• You can edit these details even after the order has been placed by clicking the Specification button
• A dialog window will open showing all the possible specification fields for that line item
• Add or edit information then click Save to store your changes, or Cancel and they will be forgotten
• The order detail is immediately updated
